Day of Coordination

Day-Of Coordination — Your timeline, handled. I’m on the mic and my coordinator runs point so you can stay present. We confirm vendors, build and distribute a clean run-of-show, cue the ceremony, keep dinner and toasts on pace, and solve little fires before you ever smell smoke.

What’s included

  • Two-week handoff: timeline, vendor list, floor plan

  • Week-of confirmations with all vendors + venue

  • Master timeline creation & distribution

  • Ceremony cueing (processional, mics, music)

  • Reception flow: intros, toasts, special dances, cake, send-off

  • Vendor wrangling + problem-solving command center

  • Optional rehearsal direction (60 min)
